If you are a non-accounting professional, QuickBooks is a flexible, user-friendly program to use.· Tracking your accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, financial statement preparation and all the other myriad accounting functions will be easier for you to handle.
However, QuickBooks is not designed to be a substitute for an accountant or bookkeeper.· QuickBooks software was designed to serve the needs of those who are seasoned in accounting and there is no substitute for having a professional utilizing this tool to maximize its effectiveness.

You can use email, fax or have them sent directly to our office.· We will work this out together when you first start using our services.
Does Accurate Bookkeeping Services, Inc. take the place of my CPA?
No.· We do not wish to take the place of your CPA.· Rather our approach is to work closely with your accountant, and to provide him/her with your financial information on a timely basis.· Having the information organized and timely will result in saving you money by providing your accountant with the information he/she needs to file your taxes.
